3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers. All passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API communications are encrypted via TLS. We follow industry best practices for data protection.

4. AI & Third-Party Services

Our AI features are powered by Alibaba DashScope (Qwen models). Your uploaded documents and chat messages are sent to these services for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. Please review Alibaba Cloud's privacy policy for their data handling practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes.
